Types of Coaching

We are offering our customers the following types of coaching:

 

 
 
 

Face-to-Face Coaching:

coaching1The most of the time individual coaching, face-to-face, is performed in company headquarters. So, the coach can include the working environment in the coaching process.
But generally an individual Coaching could take place everywhere, as long as we have a save and closed room; such as a hotel conference room..

Advantage:

  1. All senses and body language are available to both parties.
  2. The coach is able to include a wider range of material within the coaching process and the diversity of methods in a face-to-face coaching is higher then in phone coaching.
  3. The coach can draw customers’ attention to possible disturbances in working environment and can include solution into the process.

Phone Coaching:

coaching2Sometimes phone coaching serves in addition to a face-to-face coaching process. Or, all coaching sessions take place by phone coaching exclusively. But, due to my experiences it is recommendable to perform the first coaching session face-to-face.
Many of my customers benefit from phone coaching as “spontaneous coaching” during challenging company processes.
Phone coaching can take place everywhere: From the office (with door closed), from the airport lobby, from the (parking) car.

Advantages:

  1. Phone coaching increase flexibility and is much easier to integrate in daily time schedule.
  2. Your concentration increases, because you are communicating via speaking and listening sense, only.
  3. You save costs, travel costs and time for travelling.
  4. You will not be distracted by your counterpart/coach.
  5. You are geographically independent.

Space Clearing Coaching:

coaching3sabeconsult® has developed a special type of coaching, Space Clearing,  which address to conflicts within the leading team and its’ solution. Very often Space Clearings are performed in 3-Persons-Coaching Settings. Or, - as part of a developmental growth process – with several people, e.g. the Board of Management.

Advantages:

  1. Invisible and obvious barriers from the past will be disbanded.
  2. A Space Clearing of the Management or a single project group increases effectiveness of future projects enormously.
  3. New powerful rules and procedures will be established, in order to guarantee sustainability in daily working. You create a real basis for future alignment and growth.

Group Coaching:

coaching4In Group Coaching settings 1-to-1 Coachings about a specific topic take place in front of others. Don’t mix up Group Coaching with Team Coaching, because it is not focused on team building!

 

 

 

Advantages:

  1. By observing the coaching sessions the audience obtains a lot of important insights.
  2. Experience has shown that participating at a group coaching induce a new way of cooperation and an interacting supporting among the participants in daily work and personal growth process.
  3. Group Coaching allows you to reduce costs, as long as it concerns some issues and the group coaching replaces x individual coachings.
